摘要
《粤港澳大湾区发展规划纲要》提出“塑造健康湾区,加强医疗合作”是大湾区发展的重要内容之一。香港参与粤港澳大湾区的医疗发展,能够通过优势互补,推动内地和香港在医疗上的协同发展,提高居民健康水平,增进民生福祉。本研究通过分析香港与内地医疗合作的现状与挑战,提出香港参与粤港澳大湾区医疗发展,一是要借鉴香港经验,推动内地医疗改革,二是要推动香港与大湾区内地城市之间医疗资源的协同与合作。
In the Outline Development Plan for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area(GBA),“a healthy Greater Bay Area and strengthened medical cooperation”is one of the underlying visions.Promoting Hong Kong’s role in the development of the healthcare sector in GBA,we can achieve a synergy effect for citizen’s wellbeing in both Hong Kong and the Chinese mainland.To achieve the goal,the study shows that,on one hand,Hong Kong should share with the mainland its experience in developing the healthcare system;on the other hand,more policy support should be implemented to facilitate the cross-border flow of medical resources,such as talents,investment,and related social welfare.
