摘要
鉴于我国目前对钢铁行业烧结烟气的氧含量分析匮乏的现状,介绍了我国钢铁行业烧结烟气基准氧含量取值现状,及其在大气污染物排放检测中的关键性作用。根据实地调研考察获取的全国部分省份钢铁企业烧结烟气排放数据,采用合理的氧含量折算方法,对主要污染物的实测浓度进行折算,分析了氧含量数值对污染物排放浓度达标情况的影响。并且对全国部分地区氧含量分布及不同烧结机规模下氧含量的分布进行讨论,以期为我国钢铁行业烧结烟气氧含量研究提供一定的借鉴。结果显示,氧含量折算对检测排放浓度有重要意义,长三角、“2+26”城市、汾渭平原地区平均氧含量分别为17.6%、17.1%、16.4%。同一省份中,烧结机面积与平均氧含量值呈正相关趋势。
In view of the lack of information about the oxygen content of the sintering flue gas in the steel industry in China,this paper introduced the current value of the reference oxygen content of sintering flue gas in China′s steel industry and its key role in the detection of atmospheric pollutant emissions.This study analyzed the sintering emission data(gained by real investigation)of iron and steel enterprises in some provinces in China.Besides,the effect of oxygen content value on the pollutant emission concentration was also illustrated.Moreover,the distribution of oxygen content in some cities in China and under different sintering machine scales were discussed.Finally,the possible factors affecting the oxygen content were proposed to provide some enlightenment for the future study on oxygen content in sintering flue gas in China’s steel industry.The results showed that the conversion of oxygen content was of great significance to the detection of emission concentration,and the average oxygen content in the Yangtze River Delta,the"2+26"cities group and the Fenwei Plain were 17.6%,17.1%and 16.4%respectively.And in the same province,the area of sintering machine was positively correlated with the average oxygen content.
