摘要 为实现直流低压大电流(2V/600A,12V/100A)铅酸蓄电池检测仪的放电电路。传统恒定负载放电其不足在于不同放电电流下需要切换负载,增加了负载数量,同时增加了仪器体积和成本;而且高精度低阻值大功率的电阻负载(0.003[Ω],1‰)无法购买,大电流MOS管的工作电压都比2V高也无法实现。在不同的电压和放电电流下,灵活性较差,精度低。本文利用分布式恒流源实现低压大电流放电电路,通过恒流源1到N,每次工作时电流相同,其大小由控制主机根据用户设定值通过485总线传给从机1到N。恒流源负载固定,只需设置恒流源大小既可工作。避免大电流MOS管的易损坏,模块化恒流源可以方便控制更大的电流放电,且恒流源负载电阻精度和功率均能很好满足。分布式恒流源电路实现的放电电流精度高。 Discharge circuit of lead-acid battery detector with low voltage and high current(2V/600A,12V/100A)is realized.The disadvantage of traditional constant load discharge lies in the need to switch load under different discharge current,increasing the number of loads,increasing the volume and cost of the instrument;moreover,high precision,low resistance and high power resistive load(0.003,1‰)can not be purchased,and the working voltage of high current MOS transistor is higher than 2V and can not be realized.Under different voltage and discharge current,the flexibility is poor and the accuracy is low.This paper uses distributed constant current source to realize low voltage and high current discharge circuit.Through constant current source 1 to N,the current is the same each time.The size of the current is transmitted from the control host to slave 1 to N through 485 bus according to the user's set value.Constant current source load is fixed,only the constant current source size can work.To avoid the damage of high current MOS transistors,modular constant current source can easily control larger current discharge,and the load resistance accuracy and power of constant current source can be well satisfied.Distributed constant current source circuit realizes high precision of discharge current.
