摘要
为了保证模块化多电平换流器构成的高压直流输电系统安全运行,本文通过在直流线路上串联电感,应用故障分析方法,得出了利用串联电感两侧电压故障分量的保护原理。该原理利用直流线路正负极的电压故障分量的极性,来判断故障极;利用串联电感两侧的电压故障分量的大小,来区分区内、外故障。最后,利用PSCAD仿真软件,建立了该直流输电系统的仿真模型,并进行各种故障仿真,产生故障数据,然后利用Matlab进行保护算法的验证,仿真结果表明所提保护原理的正确性。
To ensure the safe operation of high voltage direct current(HVDC)transmission system composed of modular multi-level converters(MMCs),series inductors are added to the DC line in this paper.According to the results obtained using the fault analysis method,a novel protection principle is formulated by means of the fault component on both sides of the series inductors.This principle can identify the fault pole by using the polarity of the voltage fault component at the positive and negative poles of the HVDC line.Meanwhile,it can distinguish the internal or external fault according to the magnitude of the voltage fault component on both sides of the series inductors.At last,a simulation model of the MMC-HVDC system is established in PSCAD.In addition,various types of fault are simulated,and fault data are generated.The protection method is verified using Matlab,and simulation results show that the proposed protection principle is correct.
