摘要
参考国家卫生健康委员会大型医院巡查以及A省公立医院绩效考核医院固定资产管理的情况,提出了加强公立医院固定资产管理的对策和措施,在当前公立医院面临外部激烈的市场竞争和内在成本管控压力情况下,为促进公立医院合理配置、使用、处置固定资产,加强成本管控,提高固定资产资产服务能力和经济效益提供借鉴。
Referring to the inspection of large hospitals by the National Health Commission and the performance evaluation of public hospital fixed assets management in A province,this article put forward the countermeasures of strengthening public hospital fixed assets management.In the current situation of public hospitals facing intense external market competition and internal cost control pressure,this article aimed to promote the rational allocation,use and disposal of fixed assets in public hospitals,strengthen cost control,and improve the service capability and economic efficiency of fixed assets.
