摘要
分析了继电保护的特点。灵敏性,当电力设备的金属线路发生短路时,继电保护设备会第一时间做出灵敏反应,以便技术人员及时进行线路修补,保证线路安全。可靠性,继电保护的自检和巡检能力较强,可以做到及时维护和升级。快速性,当变电站发生安全事故或存在安全隐患时,继电保护能第一时间自动切断电源并发出报警预告。实用性,能实现数据共享和自动控制,全面分析系统数据。可实现远程监控,微机保护装置具有串行通讯功能,使微机保护能在远程监控下保障无人继电保护系统更安全地运转。阐述了继电保护事故处理的一般性原则,即理论与实践相结合、坚持实事求是等原则。提出水电站继电保护反事故措施,如直流电源电流浮充、保护屏设备要正确连接、做好电缆敷设、对设备进行多重保护、做好现场工作、充分利用网络信息技术等,以期提高工作人员安全防护意识和自身综合素质,改善设备运行状况,最大限度避免事故的发生,确保电力系统安全稳定运行。
This paper analyzes the characteristics of relay protection:sensitivity,when the metal circuit of power equipment is short circuited,the relay protection equipment will react sensitively in the first time,so that technicians can repair the circuit in time and ensure the circuit safety.Reliability,self inspection ability of relay protection is strong,which can be maintained and upgraded in time.Rapidity,in case of safety accident or potential safety hazard in substation,the relay protection can automatically cut off power supply at the first time and give an alarm.Practical,it can realize data sharing and automatic control,and comprehensively analyze system data.It can realize long-distance monitoring,and the microcomputer protection device has the serial communication function,so that microcomputer protection can guarantee the operation of unmanned relay protection system more safely under long-distance monitoring.It expounds the general principles of dealing with relay protection accidents,that is,the combination of theory and practice,and the principle of seeking truth from facts.This paper puts forward anti accident measures for relay protection of hydropower station,such as floating charge of DC power supply current,correct connection of protection panel equipment,cable laying,multiple protection of equipment,field work,full use of network information technology,etc.,in order to improve the safety protection awareness of staff and their comprehensive quality,improve the operation status of equipment,avoid accidents to the greatest extent,and ensure the safe and stable operation of the power system.
