摘要
建水紫陶标准对紫陶产业发展起到有力的助推作用,随着我国陶瓷类标准的更新,建水紫陶标准中的名称术语也需要进一步的完善和定义。文章从建水紫陶标准中名词术语入手,对建水紫陶标准中关于类别归属、名词术语及感官评价等三个部分的名词术语进行论述解析,为建水紫陶标准的进一步更新和发展提供了理论分析基础。
The standard of Jianshui purple pottery has played a powerful role in boosting the development of purple pottery industry.With the update of China’s ceramic standards,the name and term in the standard also need to be further improved and defined.Starting from the terms in the standard of Jianshui purple pottery,this paper discusses and analyzes the terms in the standard of Jianshui purple pottery,which are about category attribution,noun terms and sensory evaluation,providing a theoretical basis for the further update and development of the standard.
