摘要
按照JJF 1059.1-2012技术规范的要求,评定GBW(E)130397c的不确定度。全面评价和分析影响GBW(E)130397c门尼黏度标准不确定度评定的因素。标准物质本身的均匀程度引入的不确定度、标准物质稳定性长期考察引入的不确定度、定值实验室的重复性引入的不确定度,校准结果引入的不确定度对总不确定度的贡献和影响较大;标准物质的短期稳定性及门尼黏度计正常工作状态下的转速引入的不确定度对总不确定度的贡献较小。GBW(E)130397c标准物质在ML(1+4)100℃条件下不确定度分别为0.5,标准值为46.2±0.5。
The uncertainty of the GBW(E)130397c Mooney viscosity standard material was evaluated according to JJF 1059.1-2012.All factors affecting GBW(E)130397c Mooney viscosity standard uncertainty were evaluated and analyzed.The uncertainty introduced by the uniformity,the long-term stability,the repeatability of the fixed-value laboratory and the calibration result had more influence on the reference material.The uncertainty introduced by the short-term stability and by the speed of the Mooney viscometer had less influence on the reference material.The uncertainty of GBW(E)130397c was 0.5 at ML(1+4)100℃,and the standard value was 46.2±0.5.
