摘要
文章以当下乡村振兴战略为时代背景,分析乡村现存的若干社会问题,探讨了浙、赣、皖等乡村的更新策略,并深入现场调研,了解当地乡村的营建现状和存在的问题。通过七次现场踏勘,笔者对江西平地源村落的现状、村落的民居建筑形式、总体布局、景观环境,以及其独特的公共空间形貌和社会形貌特征进行了研究,分析了乡村的现状问题和村落资源。通过了解乡村公共空间的变迁与公共空间的演变,解析了公共空间承载村落本土特征的内在逻辑。根据现状肌理建立私有性空间和集体性空间的概念,重构村落的公共空间,激活村落活力,改善村落经济状况。
Based on the background of the current rural revitalization strategy, this paper analyzes some existing social problems in the rural areas and analyzes the updating strategies of rural areas in Zhejiang and Anhui. This paper conducts in-depth field investigation to explore the current status and problems of local village construction. The author made seven field investigations to learn about the current situation, the architectural forms of residential buildings, the overall layout and the landscape environment of Pingdiyuan Village, studies its unique public spatial features and social appearance, and analyzed the current problems and village sources in the rural areas. By learning about the changes of rural public space and the evolution of public space, this paper analyzes the internal logic of the public space, which bears local characteristics. The concept of private space and collective space is established based on the current physical texture. This paper puts forward to reconstruct the public space of the village, activate the vitality of the village, and improve the economic status of the village.
