天然气净化装置偏差处置及管理模式构建 被引量:2

摘要 天然气净化装置由于原料气高含硫、易燃,处理过程操作压力高,工艺风险较高。提高企业天然气净化装置生产安全控制水平,为装置处于非正常工况下快速有序地实施风险控制、降低事故危害、减少事故损失提供技术支持,达到天然气净化装置安全平稳生产的目的。在拓展应用工艺安全分析方法,系统可识别某天然气净化装置非正常工况及对应的临界限值,分析导致非正常工况原因,确定相应的异常处置标准。通过OPC通讯技术、移动通讯技术应用建立天然气净化装置监控预警系统,系统包括非正常工况识别、异常情况下的沟通处置和偏差产生规律管理分析等功能,实现天然气净化装置实时安全监控、自动预警分析和应急辅助决策。 The operation pressure and risk is high in management process on natural gas purification device,as a result of raw material gas with high sulfur and being flammable.To achieve the aim of safe and stable production,natural gas purification device have been used to increase the production of safety control,which would provide technical support to implement risk control in swift and orderly,reduce the hazard and loss of accident.Application of hazard and operability analysis to system expansion can identify abnormal working conditions and its threshold,analysis the causes of abnormal working conditions,define standardization treatment of exceptions.With natural gas purification device Monitoring Early-warning System set up by OPC communication technology mobile technology.The system functions include identifying abnormal working conditions,the communication settings in case of an exception and the low of deviation analysis etc.The purpose of natural gas purification device monitoring Early-warning System is to realize Security Real-time Monitor,automatic early warning analysis and emergency assistant decision.
