摘要
随着我国生态文明建设的推进,推广绿色建筑和发展可再生能源成为节能减排的重要抓手,如何结合绿色建筑发展可再生能源更是成为关注的焦点。我国可再生能源发展起步早于绿色建筑,本文梳理了可再生能源发展规划指标及地方具体出台情况,解析了目前绿色建筑发展规划编制要点及示例,提出了我国可再生能源建筑应用专项规划与绿色建筑专项规划结合的做法及建议。
With the advancement of ecological civilization in China,the promotion of Green Buildings and development of renewable energy have become important targets for energy conservation and emission reduction.How to combine renewable energy with Green Buildings has become the focus of attention.China’s renewable energy development started earlier than Green Buildings.This paper summarizes the planning indicators for renewable energy development and local specific regulations,analyzes the current development planning points and examples of Green Buildings,and proposes the combination between application planning of renewable energy building and special planning of Green Buildings in China.
