摘要
某车型研发过程中,在开展正面碰撞气囊数据提取试验过程中,发现假人前移量大,后排女性假人胸部伤害得分偏低,未达到目标值.经过搭建仿真分析模型,进行滑台试验,查找出假人伤害得分低的主要原因是受后排座椅和安全带的影响.通过加固后排座椅、优化安全带插锁、变更安全带出带口导向环位置、使用预紧限力安全带,最终达到了性能目标.通过总结分析优化过程,将相关经验转化到设计过程中,指导新车型开发设计.
During the research and development of a vehicle model,in the frontal crash airbag data extraction test,it was found that the dummy moved forward a lot and the chest injury score of the rear female dummy was low,which did not reach the target value.After building the simulation analysis model and carrying out the slide test,it is found that the main reason for the low injury score of the dummy is the influence of the rear seat and the safety belt.By strengthening the rear seat,optimizing the safety belt latch,changing the position of the guide ring of the safety belt outlet,and using the pre-tightening force limiting safety belt,the performance goal is finally achieved.By summarizing and analyzing the optimization process,the relevant experience is transformed into the design process to guide the development and design of new models.
