摘要
为了解山东省猪群口蹄疫免疫状况,评估疫苗免疫效果,2017—2018年对全省135家规模化猪场,随机采集血液并分离血清,通过ELISA方法检测猪O型口蹄疫抗体和猪口蹄疫结构蛋白VP1抗体。结果显示:2017—2018年,无疫区内的合格率分别为96.03%、94.80%,其余地区的O型抗体合格率分别为78.24%、81.88%,均达到了农业农村部要求的70%以上的标准;聊城和济宁等地区的猪O型口蹄疫抗体水平最低,平均阳性率分别为64.68%和63.5%;各类型养殖场中,种猪场合格率最高,分别为90.73%和88.00%,散养户最低,合格率分别为68.80%和66.88%。2017—2018年,VP1抗体合格率分别为87.9%、84.9%,达到了70%以上的标准。结果表明,山东省猪口蹄疫免疫效果整体较好,说明强制免疫工作达到了预期效果,但散养户和部分地区猪群的免疫水平偏低,需要加强免疫宣传和培训,调整优化免疫程序,加大监测督查力度,实施疫苗的科学免疫,从而全面提高猪群免疫抗体水平。
In order to recognize the immunization situation of porcine foot-and-mouth disease(FMD)vaccines in Shandong Province and to evaluate the immune effects,blood samples were collected from 135 large-scale swine farms in the province from 2017 to 2018,then serums were separated and the antibodies against O-type FMD and structural protein VP1 were detected by ELISA.The results showed that the qualification rates in disease free zones were 96.03%and 94.80%respectively in 2017 and 2018,and were 78.24%and 81.88%respectively in other regions,all of which had reached the standard(>70%)required by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs;the level of antibody against O-type FMD was lowest in Liaocheng and Jining City,with average positive rates of 64.68%and 63.5%respectively;the qualification rate was highest in breeding farms as compared to other kinds of farms,in 2017 and 2018,the rates were 90.73%and 88.00%respectively,and in free-range households the rates were 68.80%and 66.88%respectively,which remained the lowest.Besides,the qualification rates of antibody against VP1 were 87.9%and 84.9%respectively in 2017 and 2018,which also conformed to the standard.In short,it was concluded that compulsory immunization of FMD vaccines had achieved the expected effects as the whole immune effects were good,however,in view of the lower immune level in swine herds in free-range households or some regions,it was necessary to improve the overall level of antibody in swine herds through strengthening public education and trainings on vaccination,adjusting and optimizing vaccination procedures,increasing monitoring and supervision and implementing scientific vaccination.
