摘要
甲醇一直以来都是我国需求量比较大的主要产品其在不同的行业中都有着重要的作用。在现今的甲醇生产中,焦炉气乃是其主要的生产来源。我国的钢铁行业发展迅猛,焦炉气也有很多,将其应用于生产甲醇,可以在解决焦炉气浪费的同时,不断地提高甲醇产能。但是现今的焦炉气生产甲醇工艺中,还存在着很多的技术问题,比如耗电量过大等,想要提高能源的利用率以及产品的附加值,就需要对PSA工艺提取转炉煤气和高炉煤气的碳成分及存在的技术问题进行研究。基于此,对某厂钢化联产项目提质增效工程改造技术方案进行详细的分析。
Methanol has always been the main product with large demand in China,and it plays an important role in different industries.In today’s methanol production,coke oven gas is the main production source.China’s iron and steel industry is developing rapidly,and there are many rich coke oven gas.Applying it to methanol production will not only solve the waste of coke oven gas,but also improve the methanol production capacity.However,there are still many technical problems in the process of methanol production from coke oven gas,such as excessive power consumption.If we want to improve the utilization rate of energy and the added value of products,we need to study the PSA process to extract the carbon composition of converter gas and blast furnace gas and the existing technical problems.Based on this,this paper will analyze the technical scheme of quality improvement and efficiency improvement project in detail.
