摘要
通过对煤化工安全评价方法、指标体系应用现状的研究和分析,结合化工企业安全管理要素的研究,选定专家构成专家征询系统并构建化工企业安全综合评价指标体系。在上述工作的基础上,选定模糊综合评价方法作为基本方法和原理,研究并构建了基于模糊综合评价的煤化工企业安全综合评价模型,最后依托企业BF的安全管理实际进行了研究模型的实证分析。
Through the research and analysis on the application status of coal chemical safety assessment methods and index systems,combined with the research on the safety management elements of chemical enterprises,the selected experts constitute an expert consultation system and build a comprehensive evaluation index system for chemical enterprises.On the basis of this,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is selected as the basic method and principle.The comprehensive evaluation model of coal chemical enterprise based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is researched and constructed.Finally,the empirical analysis of the above research model is carried out based on the safety management of enterprise BF.
