摘要
目的:建立HPLC法用于盐酸丁卡因凝胶的含量测定。方法:采用Aglient ASB-C C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以甲醇-乙腈-水(20︰28︰52)含0.5%硫酸钠、0.02%十二烷基磺酸钠、硫酸0.06%(pH=2.6)为流动相;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:312 nm;柱温:30℃。结果:盐酸丁卡因凝胶在10~60μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r^2=0.99997,n=6),回收率为99.65%,RSD为1.13%。结论:该方法简便、快捷、准确度高,可用于盐酸丁卡因凝胶的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of tetracaine hydrochloride gel.Methods The Aglient ASB-C C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)was used with methanol-acetonitrile-water(20︰28︰52)containing 0.5% sodium sulfate,0.02% sodium lauryl sulfonate and 0.06%sulfuric acid(pH=2.6)as mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 312 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results Tetracaine hydrochloride gel has a good linear relationship in the range of 10~60μg/mL(r^2=0.99997,n=6).The recovery is 99.65%and the RSD is 1.13%.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and accurate,and can be used for the quality control of tetracaine hydrochloride gel.
