高效液相色谱法测定皮革中的微量乙醛 被引量:4

Determination of Trace Acetaldehyde in Leather by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要 建立了乙醛与2,4-二硝基苯肼柱前衍生,产物经高效液相色谱分离检测的方法测定皮革中的微量乙醛。确定了最佳衍生化条件为60℃恒温30min。结果表明该方法在0~4mg/L范围内线性关系良好,r2相关系数为0.9997,回收率为98.4%,RSD值为2.1%,可满足皮革中微量乙醛的检测。 A pre-column derivatization of acetaldehyde and 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine was established,and the product was determined by HPLC to determine trace acetaldehyde in leather.The optimal derivatization conditions were determined to be 60℃for 30 min.The results showed that the linear relationship was good in the range of 0~4mg/L,the correlation coefficient of r2 was 0.9997,the recovery was 98.4%,and the RSD value was 2.1%,which could meet the detection of trace acetaldehyde in leather.
