摘要
本文从脂类的概念入手,论述了脂肪体内转化、脂肪酸平衡、ω 3脂肪酸、中链脂肪酸、短链脂肪酸、共轭亚油酸、结构脂、油脂氧化、仔猪对油脂的消化率、油脂净能等10个方面的问题,指出了值得进一步研究的内容。
Starting from the term of lipid,this paper addresses metabolism and transform of lipid in animal,balance of fatty acids,ω-3 fatty acids,medium-chain and short-chain fatty acids,conjugated linoleic acid,structured lipids,oxidation of lipid,lower digestibility of piglets to lipids and net energy system for using lipid in feed industry,and points out areas worth further research.
