海洋石油钻井智能辅助决策监控系统研究 被引量:4

摘要 海洋石油钻井平台远离陆地,工作环境恶劣,不确定性因素多,作业风险高,钻井过程中由于突发的地层因素或工艺操作不当等,极易出现井壁失稳、卡钻、井漏、井涌、井喷等复杂情况和事故,给钻井安全带来了重大挑战,严重制约了海洋油气资源的勘探开发进程。为了提高油气勘探开发技术水平,实现降本增效的目标,必须加强钻井作业的监测评价效率,科学地指导现场作业,加强工程人员对地质及钻井设计的整体认识,提高风险预警能力。针对海洋石油钻井复杂地质情况和特殊施工环境,设计研发了一套海洋石油钻井智能辅助决策监控系统,满足了海洋油气资源勘探开发对钻井工程的要求,实现了安全可靠、准确快速、高效优质的钻井作业。 Offshore oil drilling platforms are far away from land,the operation environment is harsh,with many uncertainties and high operational risks.Due to unexpected formation factors or improper drilling operation,complex conditions and accidents such as borehole instability,pipe stuck,lost circulation,kick and blowout easily occur in drilling process,which pose a major challenge to the drilling safety,and seriously restrict the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas resources.In order to improve oil and gas exploration and development technology,and achieve the goal of reducing cost and increasing efficiency,it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation efficiency of drilling operations,scientifically guide on-site operations,strengthen engineering personnel’s overall understanding of geological and drilling design,and improve the risk warning capability.Aiming at the complex geological conditions and the special operation environment,an intelligent assistant decision-making monitoring system for offshore oil drilling was designed and developed to meet the requirements of drilling engineering for the exploration and development of offshore oil and gas resources,and realize safe,reliable,accurate,fast,efficient and high-quality drilling operations.
