摘要
家庭、学校、社会三大教育系统,缺一不可。家庭教育是一门科学,也是一门艺术。家庭教育的实施效果,会直接影响孩子的学习成绩、品德、性格的形成,也会影响孩子的身心健康、日常行为。目前我们家庭教育的特征主要有:家庭教育变成学校教育的附庸、亲子关系紧张、家庭教育中父亲缺位现象严重、家庭教育培训需求强烈等,为了使孩子健康成长成才,要有自我成长的意识、应整合教育资源、重视家庭教育的作用、明白学校教育与家庭教育的侧重点不一样,父亲应回归家庭教育、重建和谐的亲子关系。
The three major education systems of family,school and society are indispensable.Family education is a science and an art.The implementation effect of family education will directly affect children's academic performance,morality,character formation,and will also affect children's physical and mental health and daily behavior.At present,the characteristics of our family education are as follows:family education becomes an accessory of school education;parent-child relationship is tense;the father's role is severely absent in family education;it is urgent to carry out the training of family education.In order to make children grow up healthy,we must develop their awareness of self-growth,integrate educational resources,lay emphasis on the role of family education,realize the different focuses of school education and family education,pay attention to the father's role in family education,and rebuild a harmonious parent-child relationship.
