环境集烟脱硫系统电除雾改造及运行情况

摘要 针对某厂环境集烟脱硫系统出现烟囱尾气排放尘含量超标,甚至存在拖尾现象等问题,提出在系统后新增电除雾器的改造方案。介绍了电除雾器的技术参数、设备结构、现场布置,以及改造后的运行情况。电除雾器投用后尾气外观有明显改善,排放尾气中的酸雾和砷、铅等浓度达标,保障了环境集烟系统的安全平稳运行。 For the excessive dust content in the tail gas emission from the flue gas desulfurization system of a factory,and even the pluming issue,the revamp scheme to add the electrostatic mist eliminator downstream of the system is presented.The technical parameters,equipment construction,site arrangement of the electrostatic mist eliminator,and operation status after revamp are outlined.After the electrostatic mist eliminator is put into operation,the tailgas appearance is improved significantly,and the concentrations of arsenic and lead in the tailgas have met the standard requirements,which ensures the safe and stable operation of the flue gas system.
