摘要
目的:探讨利巴韦林联合西咪替丁对手足口病(hand-foot-mouth disease,HFMD)患儿Th1/Th2细胞因子的影响。方法:选取2017年9月-2018年11月本院收治的手足口病患儿112例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各56例。对照组应用利巴韦林治疗,研究组应用利巴韦林联合西咪替丁治疗。观察比较两组的临床疗效、患儿治疗后的平均退热时间、平均皮疹及口腔溃疡疱疹消退时间、平均住院时长,以及治疗前后的相关Th1/Th2细胞因子[γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)]水平变化情况。结果:研究组治疗总有效率为96.4%,显著高于对照组的82.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组平均退热时间、平均皮疹及口腔溃疡疱疹消退时间、平均住院时长均短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-6及IL-10水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-6及IL-10水平均显著降低,且研究组的IFN-γ、IL-2、IL-6及IL-10水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利巴韦林联合西咪替丁治疗手足口病患儿,可显著提高患儿的临床疗效,缩短患儿的恢复时间及住院时长,同时还能有效降低患儿体内的Th1/Th2相关细胞因子水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Ribavirin combined with Cimetidine on Th1/Th2 cytokines in children with hand-foot-mouth disease. Method: A total of 112 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to our hospital from September 2017 to November 2018 were selected, they were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, 56 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Ribavirin, while the study group was treated with Ribavirin combined with Cimitidine. The clinical efficacy, the average time of fever abatement after treatment, the average time of rash and oral ulcer herpes subsidence, the average length of hospitalization, the related Th1/Th2 cytokines [interferon-γ(IFN-γ), interleukin-2(IL-2), interleukin-6(IL-6) and interleukin-10(IL-10) levels]before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups. Result: The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 96.4%, which was significantly lower than 82.1% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The average time of fever abatement, the average time of rash and oral ulcer herpes abatement and the average length of hospitalization in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-6 and IL-10 between the two groups, the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-6 and IL-10 in the two groups were significantly reduced, and the levels of IFN-γ, IL-2, IL-6 and IL-10 in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Ribavirin combined with Cimitidine for the treatment of HFMD in children can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, shorten the recovery time and length of hospitalization, and effectively reduce the levels of Th1/Th2-related cytokines
