摘要
中共合法性与政权建立和巩固紧密相关,其获取权力和执掌政权都要得到社会和人民的认可,并且愿意服从它的领导和管理,它的合法性来源于它的纲领、目标、成员构成及社会的融入程度。中共合法性是在各种力量比较中选择的结果,能容纳不断成长的社会力量,坚持合作、包容、进步的理念,通过民主方式整合各种有利力量。中共合法性的建构,依赖其组织力量的存在和制度规范的完善,由内生条件和外生条件相结合,主动把历史必然性变为政治可行性和现实性。
The legitimacy of the communist party of China is closely related to the establishment and consolidation of the political power.Its acquisition and control of the political power should be recognized by the society and the people and be willing to obey its leadership and management.The legitimacy of the communist party is the result of its choice among various forces.It can accommodate the growing social forces,adhere to the concept of cooperation,tolerance and progress,and integrate various advantageous forces through democracy.The construction of the legitimacy of the communist party of China depends on the existence of its organizational power and the perfection of its institutional norms.
