从革命到审美——论马尔库塞后期语言理论的转变

摘要 语言理论是马尔库塞整个学术思想体系中的一大重要维度,马尔库塞在不同时期对于语言的作用与价值有着不同的态度和理论阐述。聚焦于《反革命与造反》和《审美之维》两本著作进行分析,可以从中看出20世纪70年代马尔库塞面对新的形势如何对自己的语言理论进行调整重构,在否定语言直接的政治性潜能之后,为何转而求助于艺术语言,并认为语言的力量更多地在于“审美之维”,从而最终走上了一条乌托邦远景的建构之路。 Language Theory was a significant dimension of Herbert Marcuse’s academic thought system and he adopted different attitudes towards the functions and value of language in different times.Through focusing on Counterrevolution and Revolt and The Aesthetic Dimension,this paper aims to analyze how Marcuse reconstructed his Language Theory in response to the new situation during 1970s.In addition,the paper also discusses why Marcuse fell back on artistic language and proposed that the power of language should lie more in the“aesthetic dimension”after his denying the direct political potential of language,and finally started a path of utopian vision construction.
