摘要
近年来,蒲公英的化学成分、活性物质、药用价值不断被研究发掘。该文综述了蒲公英活性物质的药理学作用,阐明了蒲公英中抗氧化、抑菌、抗肿瘤等生物活性物质及其当前在相关行业领域的应用情况,为蒲公英的综合开发利用提供理论依据。
In recent years,the chemical constituents,active substances and medicinal value of dandelion have been continuously studied.In this paper,the pharmacological effects of active substances of dandelion were reviewed,and the biological characteristics of antioxidant,bacteriostasis,anti-cancer and the application of dandelion in related industries were comprehensively expounded.It provides a theoretical basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of dandelion.
