摘要
目的比较冠心病心衰应用参麦注射液与注射用丹参多酚酸盐辅助治疗的临床疗效与成本。方法选取某院收治的冠心病心衰患者70例入组,采用双色球分组法分为对照组与观察组各35例,观察组应用参麦注射液与5%葡萄糖溶液,行静脉注射;对照组应用注射用丹参多酚酸盐与5%葡萄糖溶液治疗,比较两组治疗2周后的临床疗效与用药成本。结果观察组患者的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,观察组的心功能与心肌重塑指标经治疗后明显优于对照组,观察组患者的用药成本高于对照组,差异显著(P <0.05)。结论相比于注射液丹参多酚酸盐而言,冠心病心衰应用参麦注射液的治疗效果显著,经济成本更低。
Objective To compare the clinical efficacy and cost of shenmai injection and salvia miltiorrhiza injection adjuvant therapy for coronary heart failure. Methods 70 patients with coronary heart failure admitted to our hospital were enrolled into the group. The the double chromosphere grouping method was used to divide 35 patients into control group and 35 patients into observation group. The observation group received intravenous injection of shenmai injection and 5% glucose solution. The control group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenolate and 5% glucose solution for injection, and the clinical efficacy and drug cost of the two groups were compared after 2 weeks of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,The cardiac function and myocardial remodeling index of the observation group were significantly better than the control group after treatment. and the drug cost of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Compared with salvia miltiorrhiza injection, shenmai injection has significant therapeutic effect on coronary heart failure and lower economic cost.
