摘要
针对三类高温高盐油藏环境,采用自制一种新型疏水缔合聚合物BY-1,通过对聚合物、交联剂、除氧剂质量浓度的优选合成了一种新型耐温抗盐聚合物交联调驱体系。在矿化度20×10^4 mg/L、钙镁离子总质量浓度2000 mg/L、90℃条件下,考察了交联体系的剪切恢复性、长期稳定性、并联岩心改善吸水剖面以及岩心驱油效果。实验结果表明,研制的最优调驱体系在100 s-1下剪切90 h,黏度保留率>53%;90℃,老化100 d,黏度保留率>90%;并联双管岩心吸水剖面改善率达80.6%,可分别提高低/高渗岩心水驱采收率26.98%和14.52%;具有较好的调剖调驱性能,可以满足高温高盐油藏调剖调驱需要。
For the three types of high temperature and high salinity reservoir environment,a new type of hydrophobic associative polymer BY-1 was prepared by laboratory.A novel temperature-resistant and salt-resistant polymer cross-linking and regulating system was synthesized by optimizing the concentration of polymer,cross-linking agent and oxygen scavenger.Under the conditions of salinity of 20×104 mg/L,calcium and magnesium ion concentration of 2000 mg/L and temperature of 90℃,the shear recovery,long-term stability,improved water absorption profile of the parallel core and core drive were investigated.The experimental results show that the optimal control system is cut at 100 s-1 for 90 hr,and the viscosity is retained.The rate is>53%;90℃,aging for 100 d,viscosity retention rate>90%;the parallel double-tube core water absorption profile improvement rate is 80.6%,which can increase the low/high permeability core water flooding recovery rate by 26.98%and 14.52%respectively,with better profile control.
