摘要
质量监督是食品检测实验室的重要环节之一。本文从质量监督的准备、实施、评价3个方面对实验室人员的质量监督方法进行了探讨,并提出了质量监督的建议,以期为食品质量安全工作的开展提供参考。
Quality supervision is an important part of the food testing laboratory.This paper discussed the quality supervision of laboratory personnel from three aspects of preparation,implementation and evaluation of quality supervision,and put forward suggestions for food quality supervision,in order to provide references for the development of food quality and safety work.
