摘要
运城是山西省小麦主产区,但尚未形成完整的小麦产业链,特别是优质小麦产业链的缺失严重制约了运城市小麦产业的发展。本文论述了运城市优质小麦产业发展的背景及意义,对当前运城市优质小麦产业发展存在的问题进行了分析,并就如何发展优质小麦、打造运城特色面粉品牌提出了一些建议,以期为推动运城市小麦供给侧改革提供参考。
Yuncheng is the main wheat production area in Shanxi Province,but the complete wheat industry chain has not been formed yet.In particular,the absence of high-quality wheat industry chain seriously restricts the development of Yuncheng wheat industry.This paper analyzed the present situation and problems of high-quality wheat production in Yuncheng City,and put forward some suggestions on developing high-quality wheat and constructing Yuncheng characteristic flour brand,so as to promote the supply-side reform of Yuncheng wheat.
