摘要
肺高压是指肺动脉压力升高超过一定界值并导致右心功能衰竭的综合征,早期识别、准确评价右心功能障碍在肺高压患者的诊断、治疗及预后中均有重要作用。超声是无创评估肺高压的重要手段,组织多普勒、实时三维超声心动图及斑点追踪成像等超声新技术可定性、定量评价肺高压患者的右室结构和功能。本文就超声心动图在评价肺高压患者右室局部及整体收缩功能中的临床应用进展进行综述。
Pulmonary hypertension refers to the pulmonary arterial pressure exceeding a certain threshold and leading to right heart failure syndrome.Early detection and accurate assessment of right ventricular dysfunction plays an important role in the patients’ diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Echocardiography is a noninvasive means for evaluating pulmonary hypertension.New technology of echocardiography,such as tissue Doppler imaging,real-time three-dimensional echocardiography and speckle tracking imaging can be used to evaluate the structure and function of right ventricle qualitatively and quantitatively in patients with pulmonary hypertension.This article reviews the application progress of echocardiography on evaluation of regional and global right ventricular systolic function in patients with pulmonary hypertension.
