摘要
目的:探究综合护理在急性胰腺炎患者中的临床应用价值。方法:选取80例急性胰腺炎患者,采用随机数字表法将其分成对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理。观察并分析护理效果。结果:护理后,两组抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均明显降低,且观察组各项评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度为97.5%,明显高于对照组的80.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在护理急性胰腺炎患者时,为其提供综合护理能对其不良情绪进行显著改善,让其护理满意度显著提高。
Objective: To analyze clinical application value of comprehensive nursing in patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods: Eighty patients with acute pancreatitis were selected and divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group according to the random number table method. The control group was given routine nursing, while the observation group was given comprehensive. Then, the nursing effects were observed and analyzed. Results: After the nursing, the SDS scores and SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower, those of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was 97.5%, which was significantly higher than the control group of 80.0%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions: For the patients with acute pancreatitis treated by Omeprazole and Somatostatin, the comprehensive care can significantly improve their bad moods and significantly improve their satisfaction.
