地下储气库注采气完井管柱的设计与应用 被引量:4

摘要 作为国家发改委投资的第二批次高库容地下储气库,且作为辽东唯一的储气库,双6区块位于辽宁省盘锦市国家级自然保护区的双台子河流域,地层压力目前约为5 MPa,按照地下储气库注采气井设计的基本要求,最大限度考虑了储气库工程强注强采的要求,设计了带循环洗压井、注气、采气、自动安全控制等功能的注采工艺管柱。方案实施后,管柱性能稳定可靠,各种现场试验均达到设计要求,现场施工成功率高达100%。双6储气库注采气完井管柱的设计,具有简单、安全、可靠、实用、长寿命等诸多优点,为国内地下储气库建设积累了宝贵的经验。 Shuang6 block is the second batch of high volume underground gas storage invested by National Development and Reform Commission,and the only gas storage in the east of Liaoning province.The block is located in the Shuangtaizi River Basin of Panjin National Nature Reserve,Liaoning Province,and the formation pressure is about 5 MPa at present.According to the basic requirements of underground gas storage for the design of injection and production gas well,the injection and production process string with the functions of circulation well washing and killing,gas injection,gas production and automatic safety control is designed considering the requirements of forced injection and forced production in gas storage engineering to the greatest extent.After the implementation of the design scheme,the performance of the string is stable and reliable,all kinds of field tests meet the design requirements,and the field construction success rate is up to 100%.The shuang6 gas storage injection-production completion string has many advantages,such as simple,safe,reliable,practical,long life and so on,and the design of it provides valuable experience for the construction of underground gas storage in China.
