摘要
针对NC-SST-I型分解炉的原始工况,利用Fluent软件进行了燃烧热态数值模拟.掌握了炉内的真实燃烧特性和反应性能,预报了炉内的温度场、各组分的浓度场等参数,为进一步的分级燃烧改造提供了有效指导.
In this paper,the original operating conditions of NC-SST-I precalciner are simulated by fluent soft-ware.The numerical simulation results have showed us the real combustion characteristics and reaction per-formance in the precalciner,and predicted the temperature field,the concentration field of each component,and provided effective guidance for further graded combustion transformation.
