摘要
依托新建仁新高速青云山隧道重难点工程,针对高压富水隧道进行防排水施工技术研究,采取钻孔限量排放、双层交错超前小导管、径向注浆钢花管、隧底钢花管高压压注双液浆、初喷混凝土表面加密环\横向排水盲管等措施,达到释放水压、堵水加固、增加排水通道的目的,降低施工期间安全风险。同时采用喷雾台车养护衬砌混凝土、全断面全包防排水、仰拱底设盲管、边沟底部钻竖向泄水孔泄压等防排水技术,提高混凝土抗压强度、降低衬砌水压,填充面设纵横向贯通盲沟与隧道边沟相连排水,以降低隧道运营期间路面渗漏水风险。
Relying on the important and difficult projects of the newly-built Renxin Expressway Qingyunshan Tunnel,the waterproofing construction technology research for high-pressure water-rich tunnels is carried out,and the drilling limited discharge,double-layer staggered advance small conduit,radial grouting steel tube,tunnel bottom steel tube high-pressure injection double-liquid slurry,initial spray concrete surface encryption ring\lateral drainage blind pipe and other measures are taken to achieve the purpose of releasing water pressure,water blocking reinforcement,increasing drainage channels,and reducing safety risks during construction.At the same time,the spray lining is used to maintain the lining concrete,the full-section all-inclusive waterproofing and drainage,the blind pipe at the bottom of the arch,and the vertical drainage hole pressure relief at the bottom of the side ditch to improve the concrete compressive strength and reduce the lining water pressure.The filling surface is provided with vertical and horizontal through blind ditch and drainage connected to the tunnel side ditch to reduce the risk of road seepage during tunnel operation.
