摘要
近年来,建筑行业实现了转型跨越式发展。BIM等先进技术在建筑工程中的应用,改变了原有的工程造价管理模式。当前,建筑工程项目实施中,工程单位越来越重视造价的全过程管理,将工程造价管理的理念渗透到工程实施的每个阶段,有效实现了精细化管理,有助于提升工程的经济与社会效益。基于此,本文分析了工程造价全过程管理的重点问题与对策,对于提升工程投资收益等具有重要的意义。因此,工程造价全过程管理是当代建筑行业发展的必然趋势。
In recent years,the construction industry has achieved a leap-forward development.The application of advanced technologies such as BIM in construction engineering has changed the original engineering cost management model.At present,in the implementation of construction projects,engineering units are paying more and more attention to the whole process management of cost,and infiltrating the concept of project cost management into every stage of project implementation,to effectively achieve refined management and improve the economics social benefits of the project.Based on this,this paper analyzes the key issues and countermeasures of the whole process of project cost management,which is of great significance for improving the project investment income.Therefore,the whole process management of engineering cost is an inevitable trend in the development of the contemporary construction industry.
