摘要
目的探究对肝硬化合并产生酸克雷伯菌败血症患者进行护理时,选择综合护理干预的效果,评价临床应用意义。方法采取数字随机法将方便选取2015年1月—2018年1月间于该院接受治疗的68例肝硬化合并产酸克雷伯菌败血症患者进行分组,组名为对照组和实验组,每组中均包含34例患者,实施传统护理干预的为对照组,实施综合护理的为实验组。对比两组患者在治疗期间出现的不良反应例数和患者对护理工作的满意度。结果该次研究成果显示,分别采取不同的护理方式后两组患者均有不同程度的不良反应发生,但实验组患者的不良反应发生率8.82%,其数据较对照组患者不良事件发生率29.41%明显更低,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.267,P=0.004);并且实验组患者的护理满意度97.06%也高于对照组患者的79.41%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=19.489,P=0.000)。结论将综合护理应用于肝硬化合并产酸克雷伯菌败血症患者的护理中效果良好,不仅能对患者的病情起积极作用,还能提高其护理满意度,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the nursing of patients with cirrhosis and Klebsiella pneumoniae,and evaluate the clinical application.Methods Convenient selected 68 patients with cirrhosis and Klebsiella pneumoniae septic patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.All patients included 34 patients,the traditional nursing intervention was the control group,and the comprehensive nursing was the experimental group.The number of adverse reactions occurred during the treatment period and the patient's satisfaction with the nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The results of this study showed that different groups of patients had different degrees of adverse reactions after taking different nursing methods,but the number of adverse reactions in the experimental group was 8.82%,and the data showed the incidence of adverse events compared with the control group of 29.41%,significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.267,P=0.004);and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 97.06%higher than that of the control group(79.41%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=19.489,P=0.000).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing is effective in the nursing of patients with cirrhosis and Klebsiella septicum,which not only can positively affect the patient's condition,but also improve their nursing satisfaction and has high clinical application value.
