摘要
车架结构需要多处焊接,降低了车架的承载能力与使用性能,影响车辆行驶的动力性能、平稳性以及安全性。文中提出"最少量连接"车架设计方法,设计阶段基于逆向设计思想在保证强度和刚度的的同时实现轻量化设计,在不影响整体车架性能又切合制造工艺的情况下实现最少量连接,避免过多连接带来的误差累积,从而改善车架的综合性能。
The frame structure needs multiple weldings,which reduces the carrying capacity and performance of the frame,and affects the dynamic performance,stability,and safety of the vehicle.The design method of"minimal connection"frame is proposed in this paper.During the design stage,it is based on the idea of reverse design to achieve lightweight design while ensuring strength and stiffness.light weight design is achieved while ensuring strength and stiffness.The minimum connection is achieved without affecting the overall frame performance and meeting the manufacturing process.The error accumulation caused by excessive connection is avoided to improving the overall performance of the frame.
