摘要
配网故障是造成电网非计划停电的主要原因,配网故障停电损失评估及热点区域的辨识有助于电网公司针对性的制定配网运维检修及升级改造方案。文章提出一种基于多源数据融合的配网故障停电损失评估方法。首先,综合利用EMS、DMS、用电信息采集、故障抢修等多源数据开展全口径中压配网故障信息统计,利用配网拓扑结构及配变停电时长分析实现故障的区段定位。同时,基于配变短期负荷预测,并充分考虑双电源用户内部转供影响,开展故障停电损失准确评估。最后,提出了基于地理网格的配网故障热点区域可视化方法。目前,该技术已在江苏配网运维管理中得到了实际应用。
Distribution network fault is the main cause of unplanned power outage. The assessment of distribution network fault outage loss and the identification of hot spot area are helpful for power grid enterprises to formulate the distribution network operation, maintenance and upgrading scheme. In this paper, a method based on multi-source data fusion is proposed to evaluate the outage loss of distribution network. Firstly, the fault information statistics of full medium voltage distribution network is carried out by using the multi-source data such as EMS, DMS, power consumption information collection, fault emergency repair, etc., and the fault section location is realized by using the analysis of distribution network topology and distribution transformer outage duration. At the same time, based on the shortterm load forecasting of distribution transformer, and fully considering the impact of internal transfer of dual power supply users, carry out the accurate assessment of fault outage loss. Finally, a method of visualization of distribution network fault hot spot area based on geographic grid is proposed. At present, the technology has been applied in the operation and maintenance management of Jiangsu distribution network.
