摘要
教代会代表作为教代会的主体,主要由教师代表和非教师代表组成。本文通过对福建3所本科院校教代会部分代表开展调查问卷,发现教师代表和非教师代表的履职情况存在差异,并试从履职地位、履职资源、履职期望、履职精力、履职认同等五个维度分析产生差异的原因。基于原因分析提出缩小教师代表和非教师代表履职差异的路径选择。
As the main body of the teaching congress,representatives of the teaching congress are mainly composed of teachers'representatives and non-teachers'representatives.This paper conducted a questionnaire survey on some representatives of the teaching congress of three undergraduate universities in Fujian province,and found that there existed a large difference between the performance of the teachers'representatives and that of the non-teachers'representatives,and then analyzed the reasons for the difference from the five dimensions of the performance:performance status,performance resources,performance expectation,performance energy and performance identity.In conclusion,based on the analysis of the reasons,this paper puts forward a path to narrowing the gap between the performance of the teacher representatives and that of the non-teacher representatives.
