摘要
随着电动汽车保有量增加,电动汽车整车的安全性及可靠性要求也不断提高。电动汽车用电机控制器、DC转换器、车载充电机以及高压盒等4个部件分立设计使得电磁干扰多、复杂程度高,存在较高的安全隐患问题。针对上述问题分析了4个部件的功能及相关设计法律法规要求,设计出有效的控制电路及控制程序,实现了对上述4个部件的功能覆盖,即集成为"四合一"电气总成控制系统。不仅可提高零部件的利用率和安全性,还可降低整车的质量和电磁干扰。此外对提高汽车零配件产品品质、提升制造的自动化程度、促进产业升级、降低车辆能耗,推动电动汽车产业快速发展也具有明显作用。
As the number of electric vehicles increases, the safety and reliability requirements of electric vehicles are also increasing. The four discrete components including the motor controller, DC converter, car charger and high-voltage box for electric vehicles have different electromagnetic interference and high complexity, and contain high safety hazard potentials. In view of the above problems, This paper analyzes the functional requirements of the above four components and related design laws and regulations, designs a reasonable control circuit and control program, and realizes the functional coverage of the above four components, that is, integrated into "four-inone" electrical assembly control system. It not only improves the utilization and safety of components, but also reduces the weight and electromagnetic interference of the entire vehicle. In addition, it has a significant effect on improving the quality of auto parts and components, improving the automation of manufacturing, promoting industrial upgrading,reducing vehicle energy consumption, and promoting the rapid development of the electric vehicle industry.
