摘要
回顾医学图书馆参考咨询服务发展历程,从传统、数字、联合参考咨询模式逐渐向知识咨询、智慧参考咨询阶段迈进。随着大数据、云计算、人工智能等信息技术发展,医学图书馆参考咨询服务呈现出精准化与主动性、泛在化与多样性、智慧化与知识性趋势。
The paper looks back at medical libraries'reference service development history heading to knowledge and smart reference mode from the traditional,digital and collaborative one and brings to a conclusion that the reference service of medical libraries is shaped into the trend of becoming precise,active,widespread,diverse,smart and full of knowledge with the development of information technologies,like big data,cloud computing and Artificial Intelligence(AI),etc.
