摘要
为了研究防水黏结剂的黏结性能对桥面铺装层的影响,通过室内拉拔试验和剪切试验考察了养护时间和环境条件对自制环氧防水黏结剂黏结性能的影响,并阐述了其施工工艺。试验结果表明:自制环氧防水黏结剂具有优良的黏结性能,在常温下固化5 d左右即可形成最终黏结强度,且养护温度越高,其黏结强度形成越快;当环境温度在20℃左右时,自制环氧防水黏结剂的拉拔、剪切强度分别可达到3.53 MPa和5.23 MPa,而温度过高或过低都将导致其黏结性能下降;浸水及冻融对自制环氧防水黏结剂的黏结性能影响较小。
In order to study the effect of bonding performance of waterproof adhesive on the asphalt pavements on bridge decks,the effects of curing time and environmental conditions on the bonding properties of the self-made waterproof epoxy adhesive were investigated by conducting tensile test and shear test in laboratory,and the construction technology was expounded.The test results show that the self-made waterproof epoxy adhesive has excellent bonding performance,and the final bond strength can be formed after curing for about 5 days at room temperature,and the higher the curing temperature,the faster the bond strength is formed;when the ambient temperature is around 20℃,the tensile and shear strength of the self-made waterproof epoxy adhesive can reach 3.53 MPa and 5.23 MPa respectively,and either excessive or too low temperature will cause the bonding performance to decrease;water immersion and freeze-thaw have little effect on the bonding performance of the self-made waterproof epoxy adhesive.
