摘要
目的:探讨系统化口腔健康宣教对老年人种植牙成功率及并发症发生的影响。方法:选择2017年10月-2019年1月本院收治的92例种植牙老年患者。按随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组46例。对照组进行常规健康宣教,研究组进行系统化口腔健康宣教。比较两组种植牙成功率、并发症发生率、护理满意度、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果:研究组种植牙成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组HAMD与SAS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,研究组HAMD与SAS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:系统化口腔健康宣教在老年人种植牙过程中发挥了有效作用,不仅可提高种植牙成功率,同时能够降低并发症发生率,提高治疗安全性。因此,系统化口腔健康宣教应在临床上进一步推广和应用。
Objective:To explore the effect of systematic oral health education on the success rate and complications of dental implantation in the elderly.Method:From October 2017 to January 2019,92 elderly patients with implants admitted to our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into control group and study group,46 cases in each group.The control group was given routine health education and the study group was given systematic oral health education.The success rate of dental implantation,incidence of complications,nursing satisfaction,Hamilton depression self-rating scale(HAMD)score and selfrating anxiety scale(SAS)score were compared between the two groups.Result:The success rate of dental implants in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there were no significant differences in HAMD and SAS scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,HAMD and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Systematic oral health education plays an effective role in the process of dental implantation in the elderly.It can not only improve the success rate of dental implantation,but also reduce the incidence of complications and improve the safety of treatment.Therefore,systematic oral health education should be further promoted and applied in clinic.
