摘要
采用磁化焙烧 磁选 反浮选工艺回收某鲕状赤铁矿中的铁。磁化焙烧最佳条件为:焙烧温度800℃,煤粉用量8%,焙烧时间65 min;反浮选最佳条件为:矿浆温度30℃,NaOH用量1250 g/t、淀粉用量940 g/t、CaO用量750 g/t,捕收剂915BM用量750 g/t。在最佳条件下最终得到产率58.30%、TFe品位63.04%、P含量0.233%、K2O+Na2O含量0.22%、铁综合回收率77.56%的铁精矿,实现了该类铁矿石的综合利用。
A flowsheet of magnetic roasting magnetic separation reverse flotation was adopted to recover iron minerals from an oolitic hematite ore.From the closed circuit test,the obtained optimum parameters for magnetic roasting include roasting temperature of 800℃,coal dosage of 8%and roasting time of 65 min;and the optimized parameters for reverse flotation include pulp temperature of 30℃,dosages for NaOH,modified starch,CaO and collector 915BM of 1250 g/t,940 g/t,750 g/t and 750 g/t,respectively.As a result,an iron concentrate with a yield of 58.30%,TFe grade of 63.04%and comprehensive iron recovery of 77.56%is obtained,while the content of P and K2O+Na2O therein are decreased respectively to 0.233%and 0.22%,indicating the comprehensive utilization of this kind of iron resource can be actualized.
