摘要
扦插育苗时要选择健康、无病虫害、当年生、半木质化的嫩枝。以扦插基质、植物生长调节剂、扦插时间等不同处理对祁连圆柏嫩枝进行扦插试验。通过对试验结果的分析研究,选出干旱区适宜祁连圆柏嫩枝扦插繁殖育苗的扦插基质、生长调节剂及扦插日期,为今后大量繁殖祁连圆柏苗木提供理论依据。
The semi-lignified twigs of healthy and disease-free insects were selected as experimental materials.The cuttings were carried out on the tender branches of Qilian juniper by cuttings,substrate growth regulators and cutting time.The influencing factors were selected in the arid area for the cuttings,growth regulators and cutting dates of the cuttings of the cypress seedlings of the cypress,which provided a theoretical basis for the large-scale breeding of the cypress seedlings.
