摘要
阐述了上海市崇明区生态环境建设的意义,介绍了崇明区在城市化进程中生态环境建设的主要成效。分析指出崇明区城市化进程中生态环境建设中存在的问题并提出了相应完善措施,以期实现管理模式转变,把崇明生态岛建设推向新高度。
The significance of eco-environmental construction in Chongming District of Shanghai was elaborated, and its major achievement in the course of urbanisation there was presented. Through the analyses, problems herein were pointed out and relevant improvement measures were proposed so as to realise the changeover of the managerial mode for enhancing the construction of Chongming eco-island towards a new level.
