摘要
蜀汉名相蒋琬不以军事才智闻名,却是一位颇具战略头脑的战略家。蒋琬提出的东征战略计划,是对诸葛亮《隆中对策》制定的北伐战略路线的大胆修正,具有十分珍贵的军事价值和历史价值。自刘备、诸葛亮以来蜀汉决策者们形成的墨守成规、保守落后的军事战略思想,是导致蒋琬东征战略计划最终流产的主要原因。
As a prime minister of Shuhan,Jiang Wan isn t famous for his military intelligence,but he is a strategist with strategic mind.The strategic plan of eastern expedition put forward by Jiang Wan has its military and historical value,which is a bold revision of the strategic line of the northern expedition formulated by Zhuge Liang in his Longzhong Countermeasure.Since Liu Bei and Zhuge Liang,the policy makers of Shuhan formed the conservative and backward military strategy,which was the main reason for the final failure of Jiang Wan s strategic plan for the eastern expedition.
