摘要
目的调查军医大学学员学习情况,以期能全面、真实地评价学生的学习成果。方法应用学习动机简易评定量表等在内的综合问卷,调查3所军医大学5392名学员的学习动机、学习态度、学习期望、学习成绩,并进行不同群体的比较。结果①军医大学学员总体学习动机强度得分为(1.960±0.574)(满分为3分),不同院校层次、性别、专业、年级的学员均未见统计学差异(F/t=2.859,1.095,3.126,1.061,P=0.091,0.295,0.044,0.364)。②学员总体自评的学习态度得分为(2.620±0.806)(满分为4分),不同性别、不同年级学员自评的学习态度没有统计学差异(F/t=3.753,2.355,P=0.053,0.070),而不同院校层次、是否临床专业学员之间均有统计学差异(F/t=12.007,4.209,P<0.05)。③学员总体对学习成绩的期望值得分为(2.440±1.012)(满分为4分),不同性别学员对学习成绩的期望值没有统计学差异(t=0.127,P=0.722),不同院校层次、专业、年级学员之间均有统计学差异(F/t=119.739,168.221,4.268,P<0.05)。④学员总体学习成绩得分为(2.510±0.818)(满分为4分),不同性别学员的学习成绩没有统计学差异(t=2.227,P=0.136),不同院校层次、专业、年级学员之间均有统计学差异(F/t=5.877,17.816,10.632,P<0.05)。⑤不同动机的学员,学习成绩未见统计学差异(F=2.858,P=0.057);而自评的学习态度和对学习成绩期望值不同的学员,学习成绩有统计学差异(F=247.404,206.770,P<0.05)。结论军医大学学员总体学习情况良好,学习态度和期望对成绩具有正向的促进作用;对不同群体的细化分析,为比较和借鉴不同学生的学习情况提供了依据;对不同群体的细化分析,为客观、多元的比较和借鉴不同学生的学习情况提供了依据;应采取多项有力举措,全面提升学生学习成效。
Objective To survey on study situation of military medical students and to totally and practically evaluate their study effects.Methods Using comprehensive questionnaires including simple learning motivation scale,the 5 392 students in 3 military medical universities were surveyed on study motivations,attitudes,expectations and records;and analyzed in different groups.Results ①The intensity score of study motivations of the whole students was 1.960±0.574(full mark 3),and it showed no statistical significance in different college levels,genders,specialties and grades(F/t=2.859,1.095,3.126,1.061,P=0.091,0.295,0.044,0.364).②Their self-appraised study attitudes’ score was generally 2.620±0.806(full mark 4).It showed statistical significance in college levels and specialties(F/t=12.007,4.209,P<0.05)but not significance in different genders and grades(F/t=3.753,2.355,P=0.053,0.070).③Their study expectations’ score was generally 2.440±1.012(full mark 4).It all showed statistical significance in different college levels,specialties and grades(F/t=119.739,168.221,4.268,P<0.05)except in different genders(t=0.127,P=0.722).④Their study records’ score was generally 2.510±0.818(full mark 4).It all showed statistical significance in different college levels,specialties and grades(F/t=5.877,17.816,10.632,P<0.05)except in different genders(t=2.227,P=0.136).⑤It showed statistical significance of the records’ score in different study attitudes and expectations(F=247.404,206.770,P<0.05)but not in different motivations(F=2.858,P=0.057).Conclusion Study situation of military medical students is generally good,and study attitudes and expectations have positive promoting effects on the records.The detailed analyses in different groups can provide an objective and diverse basis for comparison and reference of students’ learning situations.All measures should be taken to totally advance the study effects of students.
