摘要
随着低碳经济时代的到来,绿色信贷业务对国民经济结构调整和企业转型升级起到推动作用。对我国商业银行绿色信贷产品发展的典型事实进行考察,数据结果表明:绿色信贷产品的创新成效逐渐显现,绿色信贷发展空间无限;我国商业银行绿色信贷产品缺乏创新性,在产品种类、抵质押物范围、期限类别方面同质性较为严重。为顺应绿色发展的时代潮流,绿色信贷产品创新不应只停留在宏观政策制定角度,更需要深入到产品细节操作层面。在加大绿色信贷产品推广力度及重视专业人才培养的同时,应将绿色信贷产品创新定位于产品本身的种类、抵质押物种类以及期限等维度。
With the advent of low-carbon economy era, green credit business plays a role in promoting the adjustment of national economic structure and the transformation and upgrading of enterprises, and this study investigates the typical facts of the development of green credit products in China commercial banks. The data results show that the innovative effect of green credit products is gradually emerging and the development space of green credit is infinite;and that the green credit products of China commercial banks lack innovation with more homogeneity in product types, pledge scope and term categories. In order to conform to the trend of green development, the innovation of green credit products should go deep into the level of product detail operation rather than just stay in the perspective of macro-policy making. The innovation of green credit products should be orientated in terms of product types, pledge types and duration while increasing the promotion of green credit products and paying attention to professional training.
