附墙式型钢悬挑脚手架施工技术的应用 被引量:4

摘要 传统型钢悬挑脚手架通过U型螺栓穿过楼板将工字钢固定于楼层楼板上。其存在诸多缺陷,如布置灵活性差、安拆麻烦、安全风险大、对结构影响大、后期修补困难等。由此,本文提出一种创新型的型钢悬挑脚手架形式,即附墙式型钢悬挑脚手架以弥补传统型钢悬挑脚手架的弊端。结果表明,附墙式型钢悬挑脚手架具有布置灵活、周转率高、安全性高、可定型化加工等优点,是一种可推广应用的实用型钢悬挑脚手架体系。 The traditional steel cantilever scaffolding fixes I-beam on the floor through U-shaped bolts. There are many defects in traditional steel cantilever scaffolding, such as poor layout flexibility, troublesome installation and disassembly, high safety risk, great impact on the structure, and difficulty in later repair. Therefore, this paper put forward an innovative form of section steel cantilever scaffolding, with wall-type section steel cantilever scaffolding to make up for the drawbacks of traditional section steel cantilever scaffolding. The results show that the wall-attached steel cantilever scaffold has the advantages of flexible layout, high turnover rate, high safety, and can be shaped and processed. It is a practical new type of steel cantilever scaffold system that can be popularized and applied.
